How it works?

  • 1. Scan

    Your guests scan the QR code and access the album.

  • 2. Easily upload photos

    They can:
    * Upload images from your gallery (up to 10 photos per upload)
    * Take photos on the spot with the camera.

  • 3. Decide whether your guests will be able to view the album

    You choose:
    * Public: Everyone can view photos uploaded by others.
    * Private: Only you will have full view of the album. We'll set this up for you.

  • 4. Host Access

    You'll receive special access that will allow you to:
    * View all photos.
    * Remove inappropriate images or images you don't want to display.

  • 5. Download your photos

    You can download your photos directly to your phone, or we can send them to you via Google Drive.

  • 6. The gallery remains active after the event

    Both you and your guests will be able to log in in the days and weeks that follow to relive all the special moments.

    Your photo gallery will be the talk of the town the next day. Everyone will be talking about your event… and they'll come back to view and share the memories!

* We'll set up your digital album up to 1 month before your event.
* You'll be able to download all your photos up to 1 month after the event.

How do we deliver
your QR code?

You have three options:

1. Basic template (included)

Choose one of our 5 postcard-sized templates. We'll add your QR code and send you the file ready to print. Note: Neither the colors nor the design can be modified.

2. QR Code for Your Own Design

We're just sending you the QR code so you can add it to your invitation or poster, whichever you prefer.

3. Custom Design (Premium)

We'll create a custom card featuring the colors and style of your event. Price: $300

4. Add it to your Web Invitation.

If you've already purchased a web invitation from us, we'll add the album section at no additional cost.

FAQ

No. Everything works through your phone's browser.
You can upload 10 photos per upload, but you can upload as many times as you like. There is no limit on the number of uploads.
Only if you choose to. It's fully customizable by the Mar de Nubes team.
Yes, as the host, you'll have access to the admin panel and will be able to delete any image.
Up to 1 month after the event.
From 2 months before to 1 month after your event.
Your package includes the design of a card (you can choose from 5 templates; these templates cannot be modified). If you want full customization, you can choose the exclusive design for $300.
